By accessing and using SCCN+, owned by SCCN N.V. (Suriname Cable & Communications Network N.V.), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on SCCN+ for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SCCN+

Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription Terms
SCCN+ offers subscription-based access to our content library. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all subscription fees as specified at the time of purchase

Provide accurate billing information

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

Not share your account with others

Comply with all applicable laws while using our service
4. Billing and Cancellation
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided on SCCN+, including but not limited to videos, audio, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SCCN N.V. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use SCCN+ to:

Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party

Upload, post, or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam

Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
7. Disclaimer
The materials on SCCN+ are provided on an 'as is' basis. SCCN N.V. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Limitations
In no event shall SCCN N.V. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SCCN+, even if SCCN N.V. or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
9. Modifications
SCCN N.V. may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SCCN N.V. operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
